Employment performed very positively in 3Q 2017. In seasonally adjusted terms, job creation remained at very high levels of 0.75% QoQ, suggesting that the labour market is still improving at a very robust trend.

In 2Q 2017 the growth in housing prices decreased 0.3% QoQ (0.9% in 1Q 2017), which places the year-on-year increase at 1.6%.

Should the model forecast prove accurate, the pace of GDP growth would ease slightly against 2Q 2017 (0.87% QoQ).
